The Dolly Rocker Movement’s “Memory Layne” video is now on ABC’s rage tv show in Australia. It will also be in their upcoming episode 5 of their best new music videos collection on ABC’s iview (only available in Australia). The video premiered on Friday and will be in circulation. “Memory Layne” is going to Woodstock

The “Memory Layne” video I made for The Dolly Rocker Movement has been selected for the coolest festival possible for a rock n’ roll band: Woodstock Film Festival. Hailed by Indiewire as “A true American Maverick Among Fests,” and one of the TOP 50 film fests in the world, the Woodstock Film Festival has been praised by actor Ethan Hawke as “among the finest of a dying breed: a festival that isn’t trying to sell you anything, but simply and beautifully celebrating the art & craft of filmmaking.”

This music-centric fest presents “fiercely independent films” and “A-list concerts, parties and panels” on September 21-25th in the historic arts colony of Woodstock and neighboring towns, which is just two hours from New York City. The screening schedule and ticket info will be posted on the Woodstock Film Festival website in the coming weeks.

“Wake” screens at HollyShorts on August 15th

The HollyShorts Film Festival schedule is now available. My Lowlight – “Wake” music video will screen on August 15th at 7:30pm at Laemmle Sunset 5. Tickets to this screening block are available here. This will be a fun night so be sure to come out!

Jamie Kohn Rabineau at Lark Creative is now representing me for music videos. I’m very excited to be the latest addition to her roster. She represents some of the most innovative and creative music video directors in the world. I’ve been falling in love with the tracks she’s been sending and of course this translates to inspiration in my video treatments. Somehow she figured out my musical taste without ever having that conversation. I’m looking forward to making many incredible videos with her.

“THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN” @ BEST OF LA SHORT FILM SHOWCASE ON JUNE 16TH

Based on how well “The Hollywood Sign” played with an audience at the June 1st festival, it was selected for this “best of” festival, which will feature six shorts that were standouts at various LA film fests. Come on out, this will be fun and the other shorts sound awesome!

“The Hollywood Sign” is about a starry-eyed Tourist and a douchebag Producer who meet in a fateful accident. It’s a tight comedy packed with local Hollywood humor. Starring Bruce Cervi and Serena Lorien.

“The Hollywood Sign” @ El Cid Short Film Night

The programmer for the El Cid Short Film Night found my short film “The Hollywood Sign” by surfing around on Vimeo, and it will be included in their June 1st screening party! There are only 6 short films that will be screened, so it won’t be too long like a lot of other festivals. The other shorts sound really cool too.
